Weather: Pleasant spring rain

Comments:
Down Wisconsin to the firehouse and back with Zeke and Jackson. Eight striders, 2 minute planks, 20 leg lifts, 2 sets of 20 pushups. I didn't feel particularly fresh on the run, nor even during the striders, but still felt my legs able to turn over more quickly. The dreaded minor shin pain made its visit during school, then disappeared again. It's not isolated to one spot, and never hurts on runs, but I still intermittently notice it. I won't panic until it starts hurting on a run and consult Veronica if it doesn't go away by next week. I wonder if it's connected to my ankle hurting those two days during winter track.
