Comments:
Went to the track and ran a mile warm-up, then stretched. Then I ran about 6 miles, alternating lanes to keep track. I went 1-6, 6-1, 1-3, 3-1, 1, 3, 3-6. Then I stretched a bit. The longer lanes made it an extra 416 meters, minus 9 meters for each mile. So 362 meters.
