Comments:
After running around campus. Very sparse at the gym today, nice and chill. Kids must be studying for finals, or really hungover.
3 Sets of:
Seated DB Shoulder Press x15 (15 lbs)
Seated DB Curls x 15 (15 lbs)
DB Shoulder Raise x15 (15lbs)
DB Pushups x to the max (15lbs)
Pretty easy lift since I was pretty beat from the run. Felt good though got the good pump going. DB pushups were hard as always. I hit 10 the first time then 7 and 7 cause my form was getting really bad as I went along.
