Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Errands this morning then spent the afternoon on campus. Got back to the gym which was awesome. Walked over there, changed, then run-lift-run. Good workout just taking it easy and enjoying the workout. Started out fast on the run, and hit the hill pretty hard, forgot how steep it is. Curled around the top of Orchard hill then came back down Pleasant St and wrapped back around to the gym. Nice day out. Felt tired on the way back, but didnt slow down too much I think. Tried to bring it in strong.
Did a little bit more on the rec center track after lifting to shake the legs out. That was so boring man just went around and around that was that...
Essentials: Stretch, hips, roll
Stretched down on the BBall courts. Vijesh and Cristiam were ballin so I watched their game for a while it was pretty cool. Then I went back upstairs to do hips and roll out. Those felt good IT wasnt as sore and tight as it was earlier this week. Overall good workout, sounds mad lame but I love hanging out around campus on the weekends. Getting shit done yo!
Also, saw some of the UAA results. Hope the meet is going well for people. Stoked by the steeple results, both the mens and womens. I remember when we had a hard time scoring in the steeple, now we racked up them points! And good times and places for everyone. I am of course taking partial credit for everyone's performances FYI... All that "coaching" / sage advice I had back in the day.
