Comments:
Warmed up with MH around the loop and some faster stuff on the pond.
Made the mistake of going out and chasing DF for the first k doing it in about 3:03. I didn't feel like I "blew up" but my result says otherwise. I was alone after 1.5 k.
But on the plus side, at least I showed some guts. PP said you have to do that sometimes and he's probably right.
