Exercise Type: Weights

Struggling through a cold right now and feeling pretty exhausted. My legs were still sore today but not as bad as yesterday.
Squat 5x5 160. Definitely more difficult than the last couple of days, but idk how much of that is due to being sick and basically exhausted and how much is due to the weight change. Took 3' rest on all of the sets and was able to get through it.
Bench 5x5 at 100. Not difficult at all, 90 seconds rest. Bench is fun.
Row 5x5 at 100. Also pretty east still, not sure if my form is the greatest but I'm working on it. Hard to see the mirror from where the set up is in the room. 90 seconds rest.
Ready to keep progressing, but not sure how long I'll keep hitting the weight on the squats.
