Exercise Type: Weights

Starting to feel a little under the weather.

Squat 5x5 155. Still pretty easy but noticeable more difficult than Monday. 90 rest on the first 3 and 3' after the fourth set. I feel like my form is pretty good on these but need to watch as the weight goes back up to where I was before next week.

Overhead press 5x5 45. Had no idea where to start off on this as I haven't done overhead press before, so decided I'd start on the bottom and eventually get here. Pretty easy, 90 seconds rest on all, watched a video during one break to make sure I had the form correct and made some adjustments the last 2 sets as a result, solid.

Deadlift 1x5 150. Pretty easy since I was doing 4x5 heavier before. Not sure how I feel about the program only wanting 1x5 on deadlift, might add another set or two if I'm making consistent gains, but since I'm adding 10 pounds on deadlift each time I do it I'll stick to 1x5 for now.
