Comments:
Ran in the afternoon, slightly overcast, good half zip weather. Feeling kinda sluggish today, had a headache last night. When I got out the door, just didnt feel like running fast at all. Legs were tired and I felt zoned out. Kinda just drifted through this one... Windy on the way back so I probably slowed down. Guess I have run 4 days in a row after taking a bunch of days off, so its gonna be tough on the legs. Glad I got out there though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Nice stretch outside, and rolling felt good no tension. Kinda sore from lifting and working out yesterday, but not too much. I was more sore from throwing earlier in the week.
Hope everyone had their best performances this weekend and were satisfied at UAAs this weekend. What a tough season, and its always exciting to finish it up at a special meet.
