5X15 torso bends, 2X5X15 inclined sit ups. Leg lifts and ball on the wall. 5X15 Lat pull downs. 5X15 AB bench. 5X15 AB bendover, 5X15 back, 5X15 prone hamstring, 5X15 sit hamstring, 5X15 quads, 5X15 butterfly, 5X15 glutes. No discomfort from the hip lump - diagnosed to be a cancerous growth.
