Workout B

Squat 5x5 165. Warmup sets were feeling pretty good, little tight in the hip flexors. 90 sec rest after the first 2 sets, 3 minutes after 3 and 4. Had a little soreness in my groin area, but nothing serious and still pretty easy.

OH Press 5x5 50. I think starting at a low weight was good for this since I haven't really done this exercise before. 90 sec rest on them all, still pretty easy but I could feel my core activating to help stabilize at the top on the last couple reps.

Deadlift 1x5 165. Still really easy but I'd expect that at this weight.

Did some core stuff after.
