Exercise Type: Weights

Not 100% yet but feeling much better than I did last week. Came early before practice to get my lift in.
Squat 5x5 170. This is the highest weight I was doing on the other program and it was causing me a lot of pain in my hip flexors, so I dropped the weight and worked on form. Didn't feel that pain today so I'd say that's a plus. That being said, this was a pretty difficult day, took 3 minutes rest on all of the sets. Some of the sets were real grinders, especially in the middle sets, 3 and 4. The fifth set actually wasn't too bad and it was really satisfying to hit all my reps.
Bench 5x5 105. Still pretty easy, 90 seconds rest on all of them. Just biding my time until I get back to a challenging weight.
Row 5x5 105. This was still pretty easy, but I could tell that I was getting tired during these. I kept thinking during this about how hard the squats taxed the CNS and I just wasn't feeling great.
Had Tanner record my form on all of these, going to send them to Aaron to critique form and hopefully keep from injuring myself.
