Comments:
Ran after getting home. Last seminar of the semester was today, and much like the first one, it was long and dragged on... People were so relieved to get out. I really needed a run after that. Bolted right out the door. Started out fast, slowed down, then picked it up on the way back. Felt good after not really running much this week.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Quick stretch and roll. Got a lot of work to still get in as it is finals week. We out here grindin, much like all my friends back at Case. Got to get that work done! This is easier than studying for cumes though haha. After next week, things should slow down and we just have research to do. Overall good quick run today. Legs feeling good afterwards.
