Comments:
Speed workout with Kendall. 1 mile warm up, then laddder 1x800, 400 jog rest,2x400 with 400 rest in between each, 2x200 with 200 rest in between each. Did it again. 800's at 3:40-4:00, 400's at 1:40-1:45, 200's at :37 to :40. 1 mile cool down at end.
