The Shell to Spring to SW Bike Path to Washington around the capitol, State to University back to the Shell (alone), up SW Bike Path to Midvale to Odana to Monroe back to the Shell (with Running Club)-

Today was the final Running Club run for the semester and we finished it off with a little bit of a kick. This was one of those days where we were cranking off the last couple miles in around 6:00 pace and I felt like we were jogging. The weather was perfect and it was also one of the rare needle-in-a-haystack days when my stomach felt good.
