Weather: 70s, but humid
Comments:
I had to drag myself out the door a little bit, and the run didn't go so well. I think in the past week and half or two weeks, I've gotten weaker and probably gained some weight by not doing strength work, the rationale being that I would be fresher for meets--we've all seen how that's worked out. Six inches, flutters, scissors for 1 minute, three sets of 20 pushups, 25 squats. Military-->Nelly Custis-->Quebec-->Randolph-->DR-->Marcey-->MIlitary-->Pollard (the far side).
