Comments:
Woke up at noon, 3 hours after I intended to, and got started on my run immediately. Kind of a bad idea, I didn't hydrate prior to running, and suffered for it. But, day 1 is over, week 1 is underway. Just running day-to-day until June, then I'll start picking it up.
