Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Didn't run today. Instead, I did some foam rolling, light strength, then went to the YMCA to swim. I did not feel very good, so I wound up only swimming about :20, then doing about :10 of an elliptical.

Then did 30 minutes of sauna, which felt good. Stretched a bunch in there.

Weighed in at 164. Super-annoying. Thought I'd gotten under 160...
