The Shell up SW Bike Path to McKee Rd and back-
This week I am finally upping my mileage back to normal. I am declaring myself healthy.
We had leftover pizza from group meeting today so I decided to run from the Shell so I could eat some and walk home afterward. The weather forecast said there was a 95% chance of rain, yet there was not a drop the entire time I ran. It was humid and dark though.
The bridge over the Buckeye Trail was in a really sad state today, to the point where I didn't think it was safe to run over. I decided to stop and traverse it walking gingerly while holding on the railing the entire time. When some of the boards are visibly broken and others not far away, I have to contain myself.
