Weather: windy but really warm and sunny

Slower than normal (but it's the first time I've done this workout this season) and it could have been the wind. Or the partying I did the night before.

Despite my efforts to make them faster, I slowed so I kept this to just three intervals. There was some traffic on the trails so that may have slowed me too. But I wanted to get back to see the new dog.
