it actually wasn't as bad today in terms of being bored. i just sweat my balls off up there. quads started feeling it a lot towards the end. the lactic acid buildup is much different. my quads were literally just flat out hurting for a few minutes after is topped. foam roller+stretching helped and i feel fine now, but i was really surprised by the way i felt right after i had finished.
