Comments:
I got a new computer charger today, so I can log my runs on a comp instead of the IPad now. Using an IPad is tough. Ran from Conte in the afternoon. Rheometer service is going longer than expected, so we are kinda just chilling now. Great run havnt been up to Puffers in a while. It was nice out today, and I enjoy it so much out there. Good memories out there, I put in a lot of training for nationals out on those trails. Its special to be back here, because when I run out there now, I think back to how I was busting my ass, knowing it would make the difference at Oberlin, and at Rochester, and at regionals, all for that goal to get to Nationals. Good to have that experience. Did the little RFT loop around the pond that comes out onto Pulpit Hill. Finished up quickly coming back into campus. Turned and finished at the elementary school.

Essentials: Stretch

A good stretch. Legs were sore from yesterday to start but felt really good by the end. I was tired today, but still felt loose and smooth. Also it felt cool to be back at the school stretching on the playground. That brings back a lot of good memories as well. I was so committed to the essentials and they helped me bounce back from all the aches and pains I got through out the summer and the season. It all went down on that playground.

Memorial Day weekend this weekend. I am pretty sure that I am going to do an impromptu 10k tomorrow for the festivities. Looking forward to get a little "racing" spirit back in me.
