Ran hills this morning, got up at 5. warmed-up and cooled-down 1.91 miles and did 6 x 100m striders when i was done. I did 10 x 300m on Spring St for the hills..they took me about 1:10, 10, 9, 10, 10, 9, 9, 7, 9, 0.
