weekend wonder

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: starting to get warm, maybe low 80s and a breeze

Comments:
Nice run. I didn't go as far as I thought I had, but I am sure that I did 10 miles! Near the end I was loosing my energy. I need to keep better hydrated and maybe more food? don't know yet what made me feel so slugish near the end. I have been doing fast paced 5 miles so how come my 10 was so daunting? I think next week will be an 8 or 9 to return back to a good position. the following week my schedule says 10 miles, that will be exciting!
