better morning run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 40s, nice

Comments:
Another AM run, same time, same route. But this time, I did a TON of back stretching and mobilizing, got my core turned on, and was dead-set on lumbar stability + "the forward hinge" on the run.

The result?
- No back pain
- 30 sec/mile FASTER at the same HR!!

Wow. BIG difference in hip power, obviously, when the back is happy and the hips are working!!!

Better day at work today: less tired, and I had a couple openings...but I worked late to sneak in patients, again...

And, damn it, the tension with Tanya is only getting worse. It's so totally out of the bag, that it's hard for either of us to stop.

There's crazy chemistry, but honest? It's two people who are "baaaadly depleted" that have found each other: she's been in a deficient, inconsistent (and seemingly hollow) relationship for a while, and me? Nothing. Devoid of intimacy of any kind for two months. So...it's interesting...
