Ran in the afternoon. Suns out baby. It was blue skies all around the valley. Nice day. I was pretty beat from the race yesterday, felt it as soon as I started running. Also still full from lunch. Went slow and easy today just fitting in some mileage and getting my legs moving. Felt good by the end. Route was pretty boring, just chugging along. Oh how I long for a run out on NP or out to Forest Hills...

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little outside then came inside. Legs were so beat it was hard to get a good stretch in. Mostly I wanted some water and a shower to cool off. Legs feel good for the most part. Got lots of bug bites on my legs and arms, from being outside at the softball games and BBQ this weekend. That's summer for ya, better get used to it.
