Comments:
Overcast but humid today. Got in a bunch of good studying and I was looking forward to a run, despite how tired and sore I was. I knew it was going to be tough to start going. Started out real slow and naturally worked into it. Felt much better as I went on, even though it was hard to keep pace. Good workout overall though. Legs feel beat afterwards, but not too sore anymore. My shoulders and neck are really sore, probably from the game and maybe sleeping funny. Its starting to get to that humidity where you get drenched during the run. Thats always fun.

Good stretch outside. So many bugs...
Apparently today is National Running Day. Kinda confusing for a runner since every day is a running day. But I guess its good to get non-runners into running on National Running Day.
