Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Rainy all morning, so softball game got cancelled. Its funny because the storm went away and it was really beautiful out at game time. We could have played if the fields werent soaked. Anyways I had a plan B and brought my running stuff so I ran after XRay training. Ran down to Amity, then up the hill which was actually pretty tough, through town. I was planning on going back Whitney, but the train was there, and it wasnt really moving. It was backing up traffic and messing things up. I cut through the backyard of all the people at Spruce Ridge and ran up High St to Pleasant then back to the parking lot through campus. Started out slow but picked it up in town and on campus, because I had to weave in and out of the crowds. Felt good in some sections but others, my legs felt like lead. I guess I held a decent pace throughout though. The temp was perfect for running and the weather was great considering I got soaked this morning walking into lab.

Essentials: Stretch

Did a bit of a stretch in the parking lot. Legs still feeling pretty sore and tired. Guess I am not used to running on thurdays. I wish we had our game, but its always great to fit in a run. Game is rescheduled but I will be at home that weekend. I might make it back if I leave early. Ehh literally a game time decision lol.

Also love the fact that people are logging a lot, even if it is by force. Its good to get into I learned a whole lot from keeping a comprehensive log. I also love to creep on Running Log hehe.
