I could honestly title all of my runs this summer with quotes from my Physics professor, he's quite a character.
Pleasant run today. I finally remembered to bring a watch on one of these quicker runs, and I'm pretty happy with it. For the effort that I put into the run, I didn't expect to be at that pace. I guess the summer's starting out ok!
