Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to catch up on sleep today. I have been tired lately. Decent studying today feeling saturated and in the zone. Run was much needed when I got back. Made sure I was hydrated. I didnt want to cramp up and have to get carried back to the bench like Lebron did last night (seriously how dehydrated was he? The AC might have played a factor, but I heard he needed an IV to recuperate? WTF I had to get an IV for my dehydration after my appendix, but that was because I didnt drink or eat anything for like 3 days!) Anyways decent run went at an easy pace just cruizing and zoning out. Saw the stunt plane again. It was hard to track since there were some storm clouds off in the distance. It didnt rain at all though.
Essentials: Stretch
Short stretch outside. Legs are tired but feel ok. I finished up quicker today which was nice and natural. Didnt stretch too much because I noticed a ton of ant hills in the grass. They are all over the place, and there were ants everywhere. Didnt want to get any ants in my pants if you know what I mean.
