10x50m intervals on 1:10, was doing :55-1:00 so very little rest, these were really tough on my arms
200 kick (50 flutter, 50 breast, 50 flutter, 50 breast)
300 swim
my triceps are so sore right now. my shoulders are so sore right now. my lower back is so sore right now. my hip flexors are so sore right now. i could continue for at least another page.
i have so much respect for swimmers.
no biking today, and probably won't again before i get my wisdom teeth out because i probably won't have the time.
