Pretty tired day at work. Thought about bagging the second run, but I figured I'd gut it out, knowing it was just allergies and not illness or burnout (I think!).
Ran easy from work, around the ass-end of Amazon, then (after some pull-ups), to the track. Did a couple laps of strides, then got into the 200s.
They felt pretty stiff, once again, post-Hardesty, but gradually came around. REALLY focused on "L elbow, L hip": to be sure I'm getting proper trunk rotation, THEN having a strong/adequate push off the left side!
The speeds were...not great:
34, 34, 33, 31.
It's been SOOO long since I've done these, that it doesn't surprise me, but my stride DOES feel good, so that's what counts.
