Comments:
The sun was out and it was really which sucked. This workout wasn't hill after hill. It was more of a route that featured a slow incline of a hill or a short steep hill. The long slow incline hills were kind of painful too. I started off too fast again today. I was kind of surprised at my mile times. My legs were tired early in the workout, but I still ran sub 7 minute miles. My mile times were 6:31, 6:54, 6:55, 7:16 pace for last .82 miles.
