Exercise Type: Weights

I met with my mom's personal trainer at his gym, thinking that he would just show me a few things to do with weights during the summer, but he actually had me exercise for about half an hour. Frankly I am still not totally sold on lifting, or at least the stuff he had me do. Though difficult it was still a bit of a relief that I wasn't SO out of shape.
Mountain climbers for 1 minute alternating, then 1 minute using both legs.
Two sets up 10 pullups (I could do three by myself then he held my feet for the rest)
Two sets of lunges, one with 12.5 lb weights, doing a curl, then a press in the up position before the next step, second set just holding two 20 lb weights.
20 squats with a 25 lb weight
10 burpees with pushups and 12.5 lbs in each hand.
10 pushups, lifting the 12.5 lb weight in the up position.
15 chest presses with around 40 lbs--didn't get time to look.
Did a full static stretch afterwards.
