Felt really GREAT the entire time. Warm-up was way too fast and I payed too little attention to the pace during the run. Felt easy so I didn't realize I was so off of 7:45-8:00. Stretched for 15 minutes, did 2 sets of core and stretched a little longer. Left shin bugged me a bit during the first half of the run and went away the last mile or so. Getting blisters on heel...pretty sure it's caused by new shoes.
