Comments:
Again, felt great. Intense stretching at McCambridge. Just having a little bit of trouble adjusting to the slow pace. Shin only bothered for the first 1200m or so of the entire run. Sole of the foot is tender but getting more used to the shoes. Hamstrings felt tight when stretching. Did core. Ice bath coming soon.
