Rained this afternoon so it cooled down the air. Thats nice. Got in some quality studying today. Getting to that saturation point, where you dont even know what to study next. Came home and hit the road. IDK why, but I felt fast right out the gate. I started at a quick pace and just held it. I felt really good, just flying down the road. Got a little tired at the end, but kept pushing to hold that nice pace. Felt great, just one of those days where you get out the door and your legs want to go. So funny to contrast that with the days that your legs feel like hunks of lead.

Essentials: Stretch

Grass was wet and they were mowing the lawn, so I stretched inside. Felt good wasnt too sore after yesterdays game and the run really loosened up my legs.

Happy Birthday shout out to Brooke. Thanks for reminding me that my birthday is tomorrow :) Also finished the run in 22 minutes.
