Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First Run:
Ebenezer Loop by myself, running a little late so moved a little, didn't realize I was so fast

<5 minute break

Second Run:
Ebenezer Loop + 2 loops around Honeygo Park with Sumanth, moved a steady rhythm, hit the mile marks at 6:30 and total time averaged to 6:30, pretty good but I was hurting at the end and really working to keep moving

Last Half Mile:
8x100 Striders, increased in pace as I went, surprisingly felt better as I went and was able to hang on Sumanth more and more until the end where I was next to him

My most difficult workout in a long while, happy that I busted it out.
