GDS Cross country 2014--let's do this. Let's make it a season for the ages. 31st, Military, 35th, Gulf Branch, across military, back through the creek; only major hill was coming out of there. I started out too quickly, slowed down, but then regained the initial pace and was moving pretty well by the end. Quads were obnoxiously sore from weights two days ago. I can't expect much from the first run, so I won't panic yet. Panicking is for later. 2 minutes planks and 15 leg lifts all around, 20 pushups. New Ascis GT-2000s are light blue and gorgeous.
