Comments:
Ran around 7pm solo, reasonably cool outside which was nice. 5 minute warmup, then 3x 2 on/ 2 off, 3x1 on/ 1 off, 3x :30 on/ 1 off. Felt okay, not great but better as I went. Gotta put in the effort now if I want to get returns later.
Also, I need to go to Veale earlier to have time to lift.
