Went down to Veale while I was still waking up. Hamstrings not 100% right now, but hopefully continued work on back strength will take some of the load off of them.
Back Squat: 5x95, 5x135, 5x155
Push Press: 4x5x65
DB Lateral Shoulder Raise: 4x5x20
Bar Bicep Curl: 10x60, 2x5x80
Abs: 30x bicycle, inverse crunch, side crunch, high crunch
Hips: 30x everything
