Comments:
Out and back: 36th, Military, Old Glebe. I had planned to negative split and did. The weather wasn't any help either, so I won't call it an easy day. Six striders, 200 crunches, 25 supermen, 1 minute mountain climbers, 1 minute scissor kicks, 2x20 pushups.
