Comments:
Pretty tired all day, then tired when I got to Hardesty. Didn't push it very hard at all, but the splits were solid. BUT...I was having a lot of tightness in my R achilles. My fatigue and the heel made me want to turn back several times, but I made it to the false summit (about 4mi up), so I turned back there.
HR up: 159 (nice).
Got about 9 mi, total (with some jog warm-up).
