Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It was really humid today again. I sweated a lot today during the run. We did short repeats. We started off with a 400, then after that, half a lap repeats. I pushed harder on some and didn't go as hard on others. I was pretty tired from this workout, but I don't think I had a lot of lactic acid until the second set. The second set had hills in it so it built lactic acid. The lactic acid wasn't too bad, but I was really tired during the second set. my effort was high on this workout. My pace wasn't really that fast. I paused my watch after each time I stopped, and then started it when I ran again.
