Weather: Favorable, mid 70s, hotter towards the end of the run
Comments:
31st, Military at 11:45am. Out in 10:00, back in 9:55. I confess I had to pause for a moment on the way back coming up military; a better runner would have kept going. 15 minutes of strength work: 1 minute of mountain climbers, squat-pushup progression to 8, 40 lunges, 100 crunches, 1:30 flutter kicks (will get back to 2 minute soon), 10 burpees, 2:30 prone plank. New shoes are working wonderfully.
