Comments:
Ran with Taylor and Ronnie, picked up Pat partway through. Looped through the park at the second lake, then went out around the first as well. Pretty day, relaxed pace felt good on my hamstrings. Stopped at the ladies' house briefly for water then headed out so Pat and Taylor could make it a long run. Added on exactly three miles by going south on MLK, just about to Shaker Boulevard.

Abs: Pick 8 with Taylor and Pat
Hips: 30x abductor spreads, 30x extensor lifts, 30x SLHR

Went to Parade at the circle later which was a good time, plus we got Mitchell's afterwards.
