Out of the neighborhood via the other half of Pollard Street (a hill I avoid almost as much as I used to avoid 36th), Military, 35th to a little past the intersection of Vermont Street--and back. 7:45 out, 7:38 back. I did eight striders at the top of Monroe after finishing the run, so I factored in running from my house to the strider site and back. Then after the stretching, I did 2 minute flutter kicks, 2 minute planks, 15 leg lifts, 15 pushups. Gmap tells me this was at 6:24 pace for 2.4 miles which I doubt.
