RUNNING!! I can do this!! happy to keep it under a 9 min mile!! yay me... My random thoughts. wooo wobbly legs... why did i sign up for this?? the swim stinks... wobbly legs the first little bit of the run.... oh wait... now i'm getting ready to pass people!! woooaaah!! I can do this. I love the run! Where is Courtney? Courtney? I want you to get me to a certain pace but I can't find you... You said you'd return to me!! I must run faster to find Courtney... Look there is Barb... But Courtney Saullo-McDermott said she'd come back for me. OH.. There you are.. Get me to a 8:30.. She says COME ON!! AAAGGGhh... Passed two people steps before the finish line... Almost puked after!! Great feeling... This must be why I signed up for this!!
