Comments:
Nice weather when I got home. I was pretty hungry but really wanted to get in a run. Started out at a good pace, breeze felt nice and I felt like cruzing. About mid way through, hit a wall and my legs became pretty heavy and sore. I slowed down a fair bit and started to struggle. Kept plotting along on the way back. Still was a nice breeze and I felt smooth, just slow and tired.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside, and that made my legs feel much better. Felt slightly dehydrated after the run, got to drink more water during the day. Watched the last game of the NBA Finals last night. The Spurs, and the Kings, showed amazing perseverance and strength through the playoffs to bring their teams to victory. I am so impressed by all that its awesome. There were some great games and matchups this post season. It all segways into the World Cup now, which is crazy awesome for sports fans!
