Circuit Workout at the Regency

I tagged along with my mom and dad this morning for a tough circuit workout at my mom's gym. The workout was 60 minutes long, composed of 90 second intervals of various types followed by 20 seconds of rest. Some of the exercises were: bicep curls, pushups, jackknives, mountain climbers, squats w weights, lunges w weights, resistance band ab work, modified tree stands, tricep presses, and other things that I can't remember right now.

It felt awesome to be back doing some solid strength work in a team-like atmosphere (with an ex-marine for some tough love as well!). Also, the workout was such a lovely way to start my day.
