Comments:
My legs felt great today! Warm-up was a lot more controlled and we ran to McCambridge for intense stretching. I went through the first half of the run pretty much in the back of the front pack and the second half (once they went up Scott) with Josh. No shin pain, no calf soreness, no burning quads. Good run!
My lower back has been hurting a little bit since yesterday. I need to figure that out.
Ice bath tonight and diving into To The Edge for a few more hours...
Side note: I finally created the perfect kale juice recipe! What better way to save it than in the running log? Kale, carrots, LOTS of blueberries, half a banana, ginger, lemon juice, cucumbers, and water. It tastes a lot better than it sounds/looks. Also, Alexia and I have yet to figure out a way to eat beets...
